I really dont like that the gates are just open for certain hours of the day without any control of who enters. There should be a key pad or something for people who have rented space.

The service was okay, but when I got there the guy behind the desk just sat around and finshed all of his other stuff before even helping me a little bit. Once I got in though it was smooth sailing.

Facility is conveniently located and easy to find. Our unit was empty but not necessarily "clean". I found it difficult to reach attendant by phone to confirm reservation prior to my arrival.
