Service rep was knowledgeable and professional. I arrived one hour before closing and needed to place items in the unit. He assured us it was ok if it took is pass closing to complete our task.

We waited in the front office for over an hour to rent a storage room. The clerk didn`t seem to be in much if a hurry getting to us..

Joseph was great to work with. The only concern I have is that Uhaul is not willing to prorate the fees. If you pay for the month and move out 8 days after payment, there is no refund.

I feel as though I was misled on the size of my unit.The structure is not appropriate for household furniture because of the small doors, steps, and corners you have to manipulate.
