Went to the facility to get keys and the manager said they didn`t have the 4x4x8 unit at that location. Sent to other location. No units were available .. Will never go through them again!!!!

was given wrong size unit for what I told reps I needed

Original reservation was for a 10x10 and after Rosemary(CCS)spoke with tenant directly she reserved a 10x15(larger unit).Turned out the tenants movers did not pack his unit correctly.WALT E. 5/29/2009

The office staff was most efficient and accomodating. They fully explained the procedures and and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
