For three months I have complained that I cannot access my space after hour even though I am charged religiously for a service not provided!!! I can`t even move out unless I take a day off from work!

Was pleasantly surprised to find carts available for our use free of charge. Also was pleased to see a restroom. Everything appeared secure. Staff friendly and curteous.

Self-pick-up/drop-off was not managed well and took much longer than necessary. Staff was in short supply at a very busy location so I spent more time picking up and dropping off than I did packing.
