Problems with rodent infestation in storage unit! They chewed through walls and left feces on my items. Only compensation I`ve received was a reimbursement for cleaning.

It was very good help with everything. I have only one problem there was only one step ladder. you need one more. because i had to wait on someone to get done in order to use the ladder.

Street unit was down a long series of halls. Space not conditioned.access hours were restricted-not 24 hr. Staff is very friendly/helpful but gets overloaded wait times can be long. Rodent problem.
