The customer service at the two nearest locations were terrible. I advised the lady that I needed enough space for a 2bdrm apt. My storage was the 5x10. All my things DID NOT fit

U-Boxes did not arrive on time. This experience was a living nightmare, not only will I not recommend U-Boxes to anyone, but I will make sure this story is heard loud and clear.

Storage/office was clean,needs remodeling.Rolling gate is manual always had to ask to open it.Driveway is DISASTROUS broken asphalt,half rocks.Worried to brake goods in van or brake axle.
