Completely 110% dissatisfied with this reservation system. Bait and switch. I will be pursuing this further.

Customer servise was 5 star, they found me resevation with no problems, my gate code worked as soon as I walked out of the office, great place so far.

This site did not have my online reservation in their system and their pricing was different, had to provide a copy of my online reservation recipt, long wait while they reentered all my information.

I called on Saturday April 24 around 12pm and spoke with a lady who had no idea of what was going on. I gave her my reservation number and she said,we don`t assign reservation numbers.
