the box was not available on the day of the reservation but the staff was most helpful and delivered it early the next day. Anthony was excellent!!

My move is complicated and the Chatsworth U-Haul has been very helpful. They`ve been very patient, answering all my questions as thoroughly as possible. It`s been an excellent service so far.

All services were excellent and the girls there were professional, organized and pleasant. I actually noticed how serious the take their jobs and commented on it to my son who was helping me.

I discovered water had seeped into my unit. Gear in that corner got wet. You could squeeze water from the fabric portions. sheetrock was visibly wet, soft and discolored 5-7 inches above the floor.

All aspects of my experience at the facility were fantastic. However, my experience with the national hotline to BOOK the reservations was AWFUL.

Would prefer later hours of access, also the website for payment is very poor and needs update-- forces you to charge another month`s rent when trying to change your credit card.
