My acct was billed for 54.95 on 4/29. I told Betty I was moved out on Tuesay, 4/30 . It would be nice to receive at least a short rate refund on the unused month I`ve paid for.

it is not safe to give out your personal information in front of other people standing in line. Would be better to have an application form where you enter information for the employee to input.

The female manager at this storage facility was always very friendly, helpful, and professional. The only problem with this facility is the metal roof is rusting and flaking into the bins.
