This is a money maker for uhaul but I doubt customers are returning because of the lack of staffing, slow service, and slow computers.

Disappointed with the size of the crates.very upset that customer service estimated 5 boxes, we ended up needing 9 and I was charged for the extra box AND another delivery fee. Not happy at all.
