The storage facility was clean and well taken care of. Jamie was very professional and helpful as she went through all the paperwork and explained everything. Overall, we had a very good experience.

The uhaul website was misleading and lead me to believe that this location offered free storage. The staff were very polite when explaining that they did not participate in the program.
