The U-Box service is obviously something that is very new and that U-Haul is not yet skilled at. One box had its lock sheared off and a lamp inside was broken.

I placed my belongings in U-Boxes for several months when I was traveling outside the country. The actual U-Boxes were great, but the customer service and efficiency here was disappointing.
