Absolutely would not recommend this service to anyone. Overpriced and under-delivered. I have been overcharged and cannot connect with anyone to discuss. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I had a reservation for 8:00 AM. The box wasn`t ready until 9:15. As I waited I watched the fork-lift operator slam the luckily empty box and trailer around and eventually tip it on its side.

The U-Box service is obviously something that is very new and that U-Haul is not yet skilled at. One box had its lock sheared off and a lamp inside was broken.
