Very friendly staff who were able to answer our questions in a prompt manner. We did not end up using them, but I will definitely keep them in mind for next time!

Other than the difficult entrance off Lawrence, the facility and service are top-notch.

I did not use the facilities due to time restriction on getting there from my moving company and overbooking for the day.

After speaking to the management and reading the review, I decided to book a storage room at the U-haul

They were not organized. They had to move us to a different room (but kept the same rate because) they could not figure out how to get the tool box into the reserved room.
Manager response:
The tool box weighed over 1,000lbs. and was hard to manuever into the originally reserved locker. Tenant was moved into a locker three times that size for the same price.ELIZABETH B. 7/1/2007

Staff at the Storage Facility were very helpful and offered to stay late for a small fee. The location provided free parking and a drive up dock for easy unloading.
