Despite reserving a trailer and setting up a pick up time, trailer was not reserved nor ready when I showed up. I was also charged twice for it. Never using uhaul again.

Shocked at the incompetence. I called at the 10 day mark to see if my boxes had arrived, the boxes NEVER shipped. Now waiting 20 DAYS for furniture. I hate working with companies I have to babysit.
