This facility should be closed! It has rats and mice that are damaging the belongings of storage renters! I found a dead rat in my daughters clothing bag, the entire facility smell like rat feces.

There was no one in store for 2 clients at 9:30.Only staff was in lot waiting on customer.Store may want to lock up post sign that someone will return in x minutes when no one is in store.
