Difficult to get information by phone kept getting passed to different offices, but the in-store service was excellent.

Thank you for such a great experience at the South Shore U-Haul.

Container was a little wet some furniture blankets were damp and latch was bent so that a lock would not fit. The latches are also too small for a good lock.

My Moving Helpers were excellent, however U-Haul did not provide the stipulated furniture covers with the U-Boxes. That was disappointing.

While itilizing my rental, the need for a storage space materialized. I immediately called the facility, told them of my needs, and, when I returned,my storage space was waiting!!

Deon and all the other gentlemen there were very helpful! I recommend!

The staff at the South Shore U-Haul storage was great! My only hang ups were…the truck I rented was unable to go directly to the 2nd floor the elevator was out of service. Thank you!
