Ben was great! He called me right back and we met the next morning, did the paperwork and I got the keys from him. Facility is clean, well lit and has security cameras.Fast and friendly service.

The directions that Emove gave us was bad and we ended up deep in a wooded area where we had trouble turning around to get out because we were pulling a trailer behind us.

Emove gave us the wrong directions, they are not located in Chippewa Falls or on W. Canal St, they are located in Eau Claire. You guys got us lost!
