Box was wet about 1/3 of the way into it. Had to put plastic down to protect my belongings. Door was difficult to shut and align closers

The staff confirmed my ubox pick up at 12:30 by phone. When I arrived mine wasn`t ready. My family and I sat there for 2 hours. The man had no idea how to use the ubox fork lift.

the computers crashed while checking us in. When loading the box we had panhandlers asking us for money grabbing our stuff to try and help hoping to get a few bucks. I felt very unsafe
