We were charged for our storage unit on March 27th. We moved out on March 30th. We paid for an entire month and only used it for 3 days. I think this should be rectified. Please call 330-418-9179.

Poor phone reservation service cost us a total of + $300/yr than quote. Store gave us the 1 mos free. Still leaves us $200/yr above quote. Feel ripped off. You should change your name to USUCK!
