The lady at the front desk, Missy, I loved her, she was awesome, best customer service I have ever experienced, and she even came and checked on me later on when I was moving in, she deserves a raise.

The storage room was clean and very easy to access for a woman doesn`t take a man to open a door. Lovely place for my first storage room for my belongings.

They did not have a record of my reservation. I had my copy and they rented me a unit that I needed. I was glad they could handly me even though they could not find my reservation.
