Rating:
The unit was infested with mice. The damage to upholstered furniture was extensive. Bait traps were there but not changed in occupied units.

Uhaul storage units are very nasty with all the rats and mice destroying my personal belongings. I feel that a big organizaton like uhaul should know that a bait box is not enough .

If someone chooses to rent from your facility he or she should not have to pay extra money to have special access to their own belongings.

Except for the mice droppings on my night stand, poor lighting, and expensive rent for my storage unit...everything was ok. The staff including Mike the Manager were always friendly.
