I hate the fact that I have to mail them a check or call them up to pay my monthly. They should have an online payment with autopay.

The guy failed to tell me they closed at 9 even though I rented a uhaul from him couldn`t unload. He was nice and didn`t charge me for another day though but it did cause me a lot of stress.
