Unfortunately, my paperwork was not ready when I checked in at the counter even though I reserved the storage unit one and a half week ago. We had to wait for half an hour to get the storage unit.

I had to postpone my reservation a week and that was fine with them. I didn`t get charged a fee. My only complaint is that they told me they wouldn`t have had my size room available anyway.
