Delivery personnel were very friendly and did a good job. Only complaint is that it was hard to get the door closed. It was out of square and hard to get the latches alaigned.

The day we set up delivery they did not drop off. They set up the drop off for the next day and missed that. The boxes were warped we used a jack to get the boxes to close and hardly fit the locks.

We all couldn`t be there to pick out the correct size room and the pics on line didn`t help us very much. The Facility Manager was very patient,he took me to two. He didn`t make me feel rushed.
