It has take uhaul 4 weeks and I still do not have my stuff. And the service was horrible I spent hours on the phone cause no one knew where my box was. It was the worst moving experience ever.

Only issue I have I was made to buy a $12.00 lock ,that I was not aware of having to do so prior to getting there. It was not posted in the uhaul facility. So I think this needs to be addressed.

THE DAY I WENT IN ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING AND HE WAS BUSY BUT HE HANDLED IT VVERY WELL.....HE TREATED EACH CUSTOMER AS IF THEY WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMER.....VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Rented outside storage which cost $150.00 A month it did not matter what time I arrive had to wait up to 20 mintues to get to the driveway was block.
