Another customer`s box was delivered to me first. Then my empty box didn`t have any furniture pads. Finally, I was overcharged on shipping. Bad overall experience.

They did not have the right storage for my truck when they told me that I would have one for me. I had to rent a second storage unit, which I should not of had to do.

I thought this was a 24hr access, I got locked in. It took 30 mintues for them to find a code to let me out of the storage area.
