The main store/purchasing area was unattended when I first arrived and it took a bit to get someone`s attention, but once I had it, everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Service was disorganized. Instructions as to payment/pick up/contract not clear. Used Moving Help.com through your website which was VERY POORLY coordinated but staff was nice and it worked out.
