The staff was very helpful and polite. Was able to get right in finish my paper work for the unit and unload my truck right away.

They helped me change to Old Canal Rd. as I needed wine storage. They even called ahead to let them know I was coming and printed me directions so I could find the location. Everyone was helpful.

Everyone was really nice and I was even given a lower amount of monthly rental fee than quoted online. Facility is very clean and readily available.
