Rating:
The only complaint I have is that you need to put a light INSIDE the storage unit, even with the lights in the hallways you cant see INSIDE what your doing. Otherwise everything else was fine.

The man I spoke with was very helpful. A great representative -- deserves praise from upper management a raise would be nice too, as truly good, dedicated workers are rare in this day and age.

I went to take my stuff out I found that the storage unit had rat or mice dropping in it. Also they never replaced the damaged celling tiles like they said they would before i moved my stuff in.

I have used this facility for a few years and never had any problems. I did have a billing issue a few months ago, and Mr. Greenhalgh resolved it very quickly and cheerfully. He`s a good guy!

There were no lights in the storage units themselves. Having to go to the office to get a key for the facility installed lock on top of my lock was annoying.

Facility is in decay.Difficult to park in loading zone due to nearby restaurant.Difficult to climb stairs in the sweltering heat.Office area cramped.Would not recommend this location to anyone.
