Poor communications by u box team. We were told boxes would be shipped on may 28 th and they weren`t shipped until June 4 th. no communication and this caused us to live like campers.

DeeDee Redic was very helpful and professional in everything we needed. Just went through a foundation lift. Our homebuilder had recommended POD but we found Uhaul to be less costly.

I was not told that my boxes were going into storage. I thought since my order stated the destination the boxes were on their way to CA when picked up in Dallas. I did not know I had to call.

All in all it was a good experience.The staff was always quick to help. My only complaint is that some of my stuff was broken, but it may be from things shifting when the box was moved.
