Due to the age of the building there were only stairs which made moving heavy items difficult, but overall I had an excellent experience due to the pleasant and helpful nature of the staff.

They were very slow, everyone was more worried about lunch then helping. I bought boxes tape wasn`t told about the special, I notice the sign when I came back to try and rent a storage space.
