I was not at delivery point but Mom said everything ok. Leesburg end was excellent from variety of boxes, etc., to Katy who dropped off and picked up u-boxes

I would rate it very good to excellent overall, except for the disconnect at the Salem office over erroneously billing for late fees. With Crystal`s help, it finally was resolved.

Website needs to be a little more clearer on the inside dimensions of the U-Box.

The box was not delivered on time to the original home or to the new home. I had to call numerous times for information about my box. The staff was friendly.
