Though I did not end up needing the unit, the property`s GM called a couple of times to ensure I knew where to find them, to see if I needed any help, etc. - great customer service.

The general manager of this facility is who we dealt with. He was very friendly, helpful and on top of things. The facility was also very clean.

Derek called asap. We figured out I`d need a larger unit, he took care of of it for a better price than U-Haul site originally quoted. Immaculately clean and everything was easy. Thumbs up.

The facilities here are extremely well kept, and the service is excellent. I wouldn`t go anywhere else if you need security and climate control.
