Boxes were late in arriving by 2 hours and were late in being picked up by 18 hours. One box could not be locked, was damaged photographed by Trisha who delivered the boxes

the ubox was flimsy box definitely do not load angled on a curb. locks didn`t work either. Shotty box, unimpressed. Good value for short-term storage.

Poor dosent even begin to describe the pain and agony that is uhauls customer service. Suggestion: fire every single rep, and try again. You guys r a joke

Initial delivery and loading were great. Final delivery and unloading were not: U-Haul lost two of our four U-boxes, which led to a one-day delay and expense.

UHaul makes it very difficult to get in touch with someone who can actually help you. Staff at the York St location were unresponsive, unorganized, and did not keep promises.
