I called multiple times throughout the work week to set up a time to pick up the key and receive more information, but no one ever answered the phone, and no one ever returned my voice mails.

The person that set me up with the order at Lake Norman Self Storage was very nice and polite. They made sure I was taken care of and had the needed space in the storage unit.
