They did not explain the storage access hours or payment due date. I had to ask before leaving. She did go into details about the truck I rented but not the storage unit.

Arrived at the facility at 12:15 p.m. no one there even though store was to close at 3:00 p.m. Called the number no one answered and no one returned my call. Used another storage place.

THE MANAGER AT THIS FACILITY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY NICE. SORRY I CANNOT RECALL HIS NAME. ALSO I THINK THIS FACILITY NEEDS TO HAVE EARLIER/LATER HOURS. 9-5? NOT GOOD. THANK YOU

Extremely disappointed with the facility. It was made from plywood, one camera that covered the front entrance. I paid for an access key and the gate lock is broken.
