The help was very friendly and expedient. They sell high quality padlocks, but the latch it attaches to on the door isn`t as secure as it could be. 24 hour access, so that`s very convenient.

Called to inquire about latch issue. He said he never had storage & "did not know what to expect". I explained our Trachte hasps are standard in the industry & there is no need for concern.MATTHEW H. 11/5/2009

Process was straightforward and the unit was clean, dry and accessible. The one thing is that the administrative fee was not mentioned online when I reserved the unit.
