The staff was very helpful and advised us to switch to a larger storage unit, which was a good idea. I wish I had brought a broom because the floor of the unit was very dirty.

It was hard to get to the location from the road. storage area was unpaved for some larger units, poor lighting indoors. Our 5x5x8 was actaully 4x4.5x8. They took off $5 after we complained.

Sandi’s customer service, communication skills, suggestions and responsiveness made my move so much less stressful. UT facility is great and getting U Haul truck thru them worked well too.
