When I arrived to the facility, it was closed and nobody answered the phone when I called.

This facility is clean and well organized. I appreciated the friendly service. The security also makes me feel safe that my items that are being stored will not be damaged or stolen.

When I ordered this storage I was advised that the first moth was free but was told after I placed my things in the storage unit that this location doesn`t follow the same promotions as U-Haul.

The customer service was excellent the facility needs to be updated. It was dirty, dark and grimey. There was the smell of smoke in the building although no smoking signs were clearly posted.
