Joe from E Prov office was the ONLY good thing I have to say.Woman I had at 1800 gave wrong information. Then my experience with Uhaul on South Orlando and Lake Mary has been horrible!

I was told that the delivery would be 13 days and that it almost never took the full time for delivery. She should have said 13 BUSINESS days. The box sat in my driveway, empty, for 11 days.

The u boxes had metal bolts that were not properly lined up with the drilled holes. That made it very difficult to get them closed and I am unsure if that will get resolved???
