The woman we dealt with, Kathy, was great. She clearly is a hard worker. The boxes are much smaller than implied by website, so that caused us a bit of trouble.

Due to the location of the delivery, we had to work around the schedule of the person delivering the U-Box. This also delayed the date of the pick-up which was a month later.

Ubox delivered on scheduled day but I got 1 hour notice before arrival. Also hasn`t picked it up yet, 2 days after the request!

I arranged for the box to be delivered first thing Friday morning as Thursday was too booked. Finally got it at 4:30 when movers had to leave. extremely unhappy will never use U box again.
