Lighting could be much better, but was tied into question about being secure. No lighting at all in the indoor climate controlled unit itself at all. Staff helpful and pleasant.

I lost a couch and a dresser because of bugs in the storage unit when i asked to use the dumpster they wanted to charge me for that.I would not use this uhaul storage unit again.

The U-Box experience was pretty terrible. I was extremely frustrated with the service and will be speaking with the GM of that store for a partial refund for the poor customer service.
