Extreme confusion.Transfered 5+ times when calling to get info.Jaime was no longer w/ the company when my Ubox was to be delivered.I was not notified. Nightmare.

U-Box is the best for long distance moving. Fast, safe and dry. Ordered two but used only one box - no payment for not used. Cost cheaper if we took a truck. Managers, support, drivers do great job!

Delivery was fine. Pickup afterwards was a nightmare -- for days no one could be reached to schedule pickup. Also, I am still being charged for my unused U-Box.

U-Boxes delivered and picked up very quickly and put exactly where I asked to on the parking lot. We used only one of two ordered boxes. I was told we will pay shipment for only used box.

I am very unhappy with the service I received. The box took almost a month to go from NJ to Co. I expect a refund of my shipping charges but have not got one as of yet.
