Horrendous. I called four times before I found out that my boxes had been stored, not shipped, and I lived on an air mattress and folding chairs for an entire month. 200 chars. isn`t enough.

Extreme confusion.Transfered 5+ times when calling to get info.Jaime was no longer w/ the company when my Ubox was to be delivered.I was not notified. Nightmare.

U-Box is the best for long distance moving. Fast, safe and dry. Ordered two but used only one box - no payment for not used. Cost cheaper if we took a truck. Managers, support, drivers do great job!
