Received several auction notices when account was up to date. Overcharged was refunded, told items were leaving IN, got a call 3 hours later items received in VA..hope its mine.

The box did not arrive on time, and communication between staff was poor. U-Haul staff was courteous though, but seemed very unorganized. An overall less than average experience.
