The manager did not appear to know what she was doing. She has sent invoices that are wrong. Missed an appointment with me. Didn`t answer e-mails with any clarification.

The local organization were terrific. I was alarmed to receive notices from the Head Office two months after the contract expired, adding charges that were unwarranted.

The ceiling was coming down and there was a lot of sand and dirt in the locker. For the same amount of money I have rented a locker that is clean, indoors, and climate controlled.

U box is great, Moving Help was horrific and I would never recommend them to anyone They were over 4 hours late, lied about why they were late, dropped things and did not seem to be real movers,
