Not delivered within the 11 day guaranteeno means of tracking once it had left Denver... Very disappointed, we should have gotten some money returned due to not delivered within the guarantee time

Poor customer service, staff was lazy understaffed. No one ever called back when I left messages. Took 2 weeks to find out if my Ubox left the location. Will never use UHaul again.
