Took several calls to get box delivered. Box and contents damaged. Asked for insurance info, still do not have it. Will need to make 2nd call. Very frustrating. Would not use again.

Very bad experience overall with the company. Confusing and little communication between the movers, etc. Gave misleading information on their website. Would not use again.

The show rooms are a false advertisement of the actual Room. They look bigger and storage room is much Smaller. Poor lighting. They even make you pay for a lock separately. Very dirty as well
