The only recommendation i have is to lower their prices. Many storage units in a half a mile radius are less than half their prices. It is the only reason why i left.

Took several calls to get box delivered. Box and contents damaged. Asked for insurance info, still do not have it. Will need to make 2nd call. Very frustrating. Would not use again.
