unit was fine. husband went later, problems. called, no answer. Customer srvc left message. didnt get a call back for 3 days. started good, went downhill . disappointed. Will never use this site again

I had no problems until checking out with Robert. He was EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this uHaul to anyone simply because of the rude manager at this FW location.

With the cost of the rentals it was not worth the money. The hours of operation, while understandable, were not convenient.

The smell was horrid in the facility, I called customer service with complaints from the start no one including the manager of the storage place never called me back. I want half my money back!!
