I wish Uhaul could have given me a delivery date for my boxes. I also feel there wasn`t much effort made to get the boxes delivered as soon as possible but rather at the last minute possible.

Im can`t believe that a customer has to pay extra for 24 hour service why is that? I would have thought that U-Haul would be customer friendly.
